-
Absolutely exceptional staff, historic location and great value. Room was airy, exceptionally comfortable and I loved it. Perfect check in & the service was well-organised. A sandy beach, fabulous view.
-
Exceptional location, welcoming bar, very efficient staff. I got savoury breakfast with the toast. The pool of the hotel was brilliant.

We truly enjoyed the central location and how perfectly clean the place was kept. We had a family room with delightful views. There was considerable stuff and the service was efficient. The food was outstanding with lots of choice! Based in a leisure area. Also, the hotel was next to Grosvenor Casino Blackpool.

Our stay here was GREAT, lovely place for exploring Blackpool. The restaurant was located within 300 metres. We enjoyed our room, it was quiet.

Excellent home base for 2 nights. Comfy bed, great value for money. The twin room was very clean. We really loved our coffee with goodies at Notarianni Ice Cream.

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Accommodating to your needs. Close to all amenities.have stayed on previous occasions. Spacious airy rooms.
Decor could be a bit more modern and updated. Beds not too comfy. Some corridors very smoky in an non smoking area.

The location
The rooms small and not very clean outdated
-
Hotel staff really nice and helpful. Hotel very well heated, breakfast very nice. Good value for money. Only down side rooms need tlc nes carpets, wardrobes etc
Rooms need tidying up, little old fashioned
-
The food was good, waiter service was very attentive
Entire hotel needs refurbishing, room was very tired with torn fabric on chairs, old and dark furniture. The bathroom was awful, broken light pull, no shower curtain, damp, dingy and needed to be redone. Window catches in bedroom were broken so couldnt shut it properly. Entertainment was dire when we had been led to believe there was always something going on. We felt like we were in a retirement home with high backed chairs surrounding the lounge and senior citizens falling asleep at all times of the day. Nothing for children apart from the pool which was very cold whilst we were there.

We were really happy with the hotel, in particular we had a view of the beech - a little noisy on saturday night - but it was worth it for the view of the sea and beach. The food was adequate, but we felt the portions were small- this said - we feel we got what we paid for. Services were generally good as was the location and the friendliness of staff at all levels; a little old fashioned perhaps - but as an older couple this was not a problem. We had a lovely stay.
Small food portions in the evening, food E.G. grapefruit and fish cocktail should have colder.
